Typical car dealership. First price offered was msrp.why. when I showed them a deal at another dealership they did match it after some discussion. Here's 2 disappointments that came from our buying another JBA car...you didn't match the CarMax proposed buy offer (missed it by almost $2,000) and wasn't told before we signed the finance contract w another JBA car...you didn't match the CarMax proposed buy offer (missed it by almost $2,000) and wasn't told before we signed the finance contract what the interest rate would be. That alone could have killed the deal. More
