When it comes to major repairs this dealership's service center does not take the proper care to disassemble and reassemble parts. I have returned my vehicle in multiple times due to parts breaking af center does not take the proper care to disassemble and reassemble parts. I have returned my vehicle in multiple times due to parts breaking after a service center visit. When I questioned the response is always a bill directed at me when all of my work (including lube) is done at this dealership and the part was fully functional before repair. More

My truck was in 3 different times due to issues with body damage caused at the dealer ship. They replaced throttle body, map sensor and 1 plug I had issues with. When I originally drop it off I asked them to rotate my tires in addition to the other work. They called, said truck was ready for pick up I go and inspect and noticed my tires weren’t rotated went in and asked about it. We discussed the tires and decided they would do it when in for the damage.So we scheduled it dropped it off. Again they called said truck was ready went to pick it up and noticed tires still not rotated. I go back inside again we decide it will done when the new running boards came in. I use my truck a lot so I couldn’t leave it. The running boards are in so we scheduled it went in and waited left when done got home tires not rotated. They did in the beginning offer a refund but I wanted my tires rotated so I said. Now would I recommend them to family and friends, absolutely they have always done great work. My point is always follow up and if something isn’t right fix it then don’t wait. Seems there was a lot of miscommunication on both side. I do recommend Uftring in Pekin, the do great plus I have purchased a few automobiles from them as well. More

Well it takes 5-6 apoinments to figure out something with my cars i have 2 vehicles and everytime theirs an issue its days before they can figure it out though I tell them exactly what the issue is so here w my cars i have 2 vehicles and everytime theirs an issue its days before they can figure it out though I tell them exactly what the issue is so here we are paying 3-4-5 grand on something that should have been fixed the 1st time now we are having to pay all of this extra, unless we have a warranty. Im going to start taking my car to a mechanic I know can fix it right the 1st time and not charge me a ridiculous amount More

I felt like they were condescending to me as a woman. Acted like my camera was messed up because it was wet from rain. Seriously? Then the hesitation in the transmission is still occurring. I won't be taking back a third time for them to tell me that they can't recreate the hesitation. The did do my brakes. They weren't squeaking before they fixed them but they are now. It's not supposed to happen like that. More

I was quoted 101 and was forced to pay 122 when I asked about the price difference he said because the type of oil was different and I was there last weekend with my truck that takes the same oil but alm about the price difference he said because the type of oil was different and I was there last weekend with my truck that takes the same oil but almost 2 qrts more and paid the 101 price then on top of that iwatch the crew the whole time and they never completed a inspection of the car like the suspension or brakes all they did was oil change and rotate tires and I was forced to pay the 122 then when I talked to the service writer about it he got very defensive and was not happy that I was questioning there work and he made it very uncomfortable. The week before I had a good experience with Bryan so I might be back if he is working that day More
