I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership as long as the current sales manager, Roger Hensley is there. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle that was in exceptional condition. I had new dealership as long as the current sales manager, Roger Hensley is there. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle that was in exceptional condition. I had new windshield wipers installed prior to leaving the dealership. When they returned the vehicle, the paint was noticeably damaged in the service department during wiper installation. The dealership and sales manager denied any responsibility. I had driven and inspected the vehicle on at least four different times prior to purchasing. Those paint damages were not present until it returned from the service department. I will be leasing or purchasing a new Infiniti by the end of 2025. However, I will make the trip to Oklahoma City to purchase from Bob Moore. More

Called a week ago about a Honda. Told them I'd put money down, ran my credit, didn't hear back at all for a few days. No calls or texts, no information and just told multiple times they'd call back. Really unprofessional and honestly infuriating. More

This was our first buying experience with Jackie Cooper Infinity, and it could not have gone any better! Hunter, our sales person, was friendly, low-pressure and very knowledgeable about the product. We were able to even take the car home overnight to get to know the vehicle better to help make our decision. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, and made the experience so much easier. All of our questions were answered, we were given a fair deal on our trade, and Grant answered all of our questions when signing the final papers. He was friendly and professional as well. We are very happy with our purchase and look forward to using Infinity for our service work! More
