James is an amazing asset to your company. He was soo overly helpful, greatly knowledgeable and able to assess my needs and guide me to the perfect car for me. Normally the car buying process He was soo overly helpful, greatly knowledgeable and able to assess my needs and guide me to the perfect car for me. Normally the car buying process is long, drawn out and extremely difficult. He and the General Manager made my personal experience fun and very enjoyable. They were both invested in my happiness and I felt they were just as excited for me as I was. There was no pressure only guidance and unending customer service.
