I have dealt with this dealership over a number of years and while some things changed when it went from Murray‘s to Spitzer, I continue to be quite pleased with the dealership. I was exceptionally pleased with my recent vehicle purchase. I am a repeat customer and have worked with Ian Carr on more than one occasion. He continues be extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable in our dealings. He has gone above and beyond for me, especially during my most recent purchase. My prior vehicle had been totaled in an accident. That alone was a traumatic experience, but Ian helped me through it with compassion and encouragement. Additionally I'd like to mention what a joy it was to work with Trish who helped me get together all the information needed to complete the purchase. I am 66 years old and completely computer illiterate. We had a lot of laughs over the phone and in the office as she helped my navigate through the transactions. She was a joy to work with. I have every intention of dealing with Spitzer Honda for any purchases in the future. Thank you Ian and Trish !!!!!!!!!!! More
