Recommend them because Salesperson was not pushy and was personable. Gave them 2 stars for three reasons. 1) Back office staff person was borderline rude. 2) Vehicle was not delivered as expected (exterior personable. Gave them 2 stars for three reasons. 1) Back office staff person was borderline rude. 2) Vehicle was not delivered as expected (exterior did not match what we thought we ordered). We will fix this aftermarket. 3) Finally, they got registration fee wrong and when queried discovered we were over charged at closing. Not sure they would have noticed if we hadn't queried the registration fee. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt though and assume they would have done a quality check after the sale, which is why I am still recommending them but only with 2 stars (fair rating). Want to reiterate, the salesman Ian did a great job. More
