Best Service Around!!! I wasn't really looking to purchase a new vehicle but I had a 2008 Honda Civic that I had purchased at Valley Honda several years ago and needed a big I wasn't really looking to purchase a new vehicle but I had a 2008 Honda Civic that I had purchased at Valley Honda several years ago and needed a bigger vehicle that would help me get through the snow with winter approaching. I looked at the used inventory of CR-V's at Valley and didn't see anything that I was interested in so I went to Maryland to look at a vehicle that I found online. I also drove a new CR-V while I was there and fell in love with It but didn't want to buy something out of state. It was a long day and I didn't have a good experience at the dealerships I visited and I came back home feeling upset and uninterrested in continuing to look for a vehicle. I knew it was a long shot to even consider looking at new vehicles and financing, but I thought what the heck and I called Bill at Valley on my lunch break that Monday following my car shopping weekend. I explained my credit situation and asked if he could check financing for me on a new vehicle. He stated that he had all of my information from when I bought my Civic and also when I had service work done there. He told me he would look things over and call me by the end of the day. He texted me later that afternoon letting me know that it was highly likely that I could finance one with payments within my range. I couldn't believe it. There was no way that I would be able to get financed. To make a long story short, Valley Honda got me financed, within my price range for payments, and literally had all of the paperwork ready when I got there after work. They gave me more for my trade than anyone else, and I felt like I was in a dream!!! I have never owned a new car in my life and here I was getting ready to drive home in a brand new 2016 CR-V!! To say that I love Valley Honda is an understatement. Bill and Kevin were extremely helpful!! Igor took time to show me my new vehicle and all of the options and buttons and we went for a test drive. I was not even there when most of this all took place, yet I was able to leave work that day and have my brand new car waiting for me and all of the paperwork ready. Everyone at Valley Honda was exceptional!!! Great service, outstanding people, and customer service that is beyond any dealership around!!! Valley has my loyalty and I should have never started out by going to another dealership in another state! Thank you Kevin, Bill, and Igor for all of your help and for putting me in the car of my dreams!! You truly gave me freedom by having a loan in just my name and it wasn't just about buying a new car... It was about financial freedom from still owning a vehicle with my ex husband. I am forever grateful to all of you and am enjoying my new ride very much! Thank all of you from the bottom of my heart! ? More

Excellent Experience Once Again I purchased a 2016 Accord this past Saturday. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Valley. Igor Kushnar came highly recommended as th I purchased a 2016 Accord this past Saturday. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Valley. Igor Kushnar came highly recommended as the "know everything guy" when it came to the Accord. They weren't wrong. He spent extra time helping me weigh out the pros and cons between the EX and the Sport as we stared at them side by side. Then it was on to Kevin to review the numbers. Kevin beat another local dealers price by quit a bit and, as always, was great to work with. David made signing off on paperwork a breeze and answered every question I had. Overall, the Valley dealerships work as a great team and make every customer feel important. While I was there I watched a salesman coordinate with Valley Nissan / Subaru to bring two vehicles over to the Honda lot so the customer could compare 3 different cars side by side. I don't know of any other dealerships that would be that accommodating. I highly recommend the Valley dealerships to anyone looking for a new or used car. And if you want an Accord find Igor :-) More

A Bad Situation into a Great Experience! 2 months ago Igor Kushnar put me into my dream car although it wasn't new I loved it! 2011 Infiniti, then 11/20/15 a guy ran a stop sign and I totaled 2 months ago Igor Kushnar put me into my dream car although it wasn't new I loved it! 2011 Infiniti, then 11/20/15 a guy ran a stop sign and I totaled my car ! 2 days in ICU a broken sternum fractured hand fractured nose! Then depressing news I was upside down $7,000 and no GAP insurance but with Igor and the Valley team and finance manager Kevin they put me in a 2015 Honda Civic straight from the Showroom floor!
