I had to purchase a new car on very short notice. I was assisted by Donnie, who was great. There was the typical salesman pressuring and whatever, but he was never overbearing. I got a pretty alright deal on a new Corolla. I definitely got lowballed on my trade-in, but I needed a new car by the end of the day so I didn’t really argue it at all. Jared was always patient and ensured that I was informed and answered any questions I had. He thoroughly went over the vehicle with me and my husband! We ran into a small snafu with my military verification towards the end of the transaction, and he didn’t just say, well, we can’t do it. He helped find a solution and in the end it all worked out! Ihor was also extremely personable and made the daunting paperwork process smooth and seamless. I’d highly recommend working with this team and should I need a vehicle in the future, I’ll certainly be returning here! More
