I was overall happy with the process at Brewer. They started out pretty low on my trade value, but some negotiation got me to where I was satisfied with the deal. The sales staff was helpful and communication was great. The finance and paperwork side of it was easy and they didn't push too hard in selling me things I didn't want. When I picked up, the new vehicle was in perfect condition and had gone through the PDI process well. In the end, I was happy with where we ended up and the dealership will make a decent profit from the sale of the new car and the sale of my trade. All dealerships are in the business to make a profit. You need to know what you're doing with negotiation and be willing to stick to your guns. I will say that Brewer was willing to work with me and was fair with their tactics. More
