My overall experience getting my transmission replaced was by far the worse experience ever. I have been coming to this dealership for years and never left feeling like I would not ever bring my business was by far the worse experience ever. I know the amount of time it took to get the transmission was out of the dealership hands but the things that were within their control like simple customer service was not there especially being without a vehicle for over 2 weeks and them not offering a loaner vehicle but a rental vehicle at my expense. There is not one particular person in the service department that I would place blame on, I just was not satisfied with the way it was handled. More
