I would never have left my car for repairs if I had known it would take 12 days to get it back. The camshaft broke immediately following my oil change. The car was towed to the shop on Wednesday June 5th, th it would take 12 days to get it back. The camshaft broke immediately following my oil change. The car was towed to the shop on Wednesday June 5th, the car was finally returned to me on Monday the 16th. I had to call everyday to check status, on Friday the 13th I was told after calling again, I would be able to pick my car up at 5:00. At 3:30, Ike called to tell me they had an issue and it would be another $381.00 and another 3 days for me to get it back. All for what I was told would be a 5 hour repair. I have been a loyal client and have had issues before. I'm generally a patient person but this was just too much! More
