I originally bought my 2020 Bolt EV last August because you failed to give me instructions on using the car's features and then delayed sending me the documents I needed to register the car and get insurance, including even the VIN, all that changed when I visited this last week.
Ilia answered all my questions, ensured that my battery inspection was complete, provided me with a complete explanation of the condition of my drive battery, and gave me credible assurance that the care is working right. That assurance was validated almost the next day, when I was able to charge it fully, You have to appreciate that over the winter, my maximum range was around 108 miles. But yesterday, as if following directions from Ilia, I suddenly got charged up to a 178 mile range. Miracle. Thanks to Ilia for giving me the confidence and telling the truth.

cancelled the original order, Service said I hadn't and that they had tried to contact me several times. I don't have a record of any messages from them. I did pay for fob, but now wish I hadn't. A new fob can be purchased at locksmith who deals in them for half of the price including programming. Service on car otherwise was fine, tech. was friendly but I thought he could have told me about Fob before programming it and I would have refused it.
