Well In April when I originally purchased my vehicle I would’ve given 5 stars but now the fact that nobody can call me back from the finance department to help me with getting my money back from my trade would’ve given 5 stars but now the fact that nobody can call me back from the finance department to help me with getting my money back from my trade in extended warranty they now get 1 star… I have sent multiple messages as well as multiple days of texting with the virtual help desk. Not happy!! This has nothing to do with the purchase of the vehicle that went amazing this has to do with now that it has been months and still no response for my extended warranty from my trade in More

Ilker is the best sales person you have. I love the car that I purchased. I was disappointed with the finance manager. He had a very poor attitude and tried to pressure me into running my cr I love the car that I purchased. I was disappointed with the finance manager. He had a very poor attitude and tried to pressure me into running my credit again at the dealership with the bank that I brought my bank draft from. And he kept saying hopefully we can take the draft. Even though it's the bank that they use. After that he didn't even want us in his office and just let Ilker do all the paper work at his desk to finish the car. This was very unprofessional and because of this, I will not buy another car for your dealership. Also it was raining so the car never got cleaned that day, when I came back for the cleaning, I was disappointed again buy the lack of skill to clean a car. They didn't even wipe anything inside and left dust and dirt from the old owner, and the outside washed it and left water marks all over the car. It's a black car and it only had 6K miles, it should be looking new. Overall I was disappointed, but Ilker was the only reason I stayed and finished the deal and didn't go somewhere else. More

Great buying experience, everything went smoothly, no pressure, vehicle was in great condition and exactly as described, we worked out a great deal that fit our budget and everything went great!!!
