Smooth process I enjoyed working with Inna, Hayden and Brian. Inna met my needs and we found exactly what I wanted in the price range that I desired. Hayden was extr I enjoyed working with Inna, Hayden and Brian. Inna met my needs and we found exactly what I wanted in the price range that I desired. Hayden was extremely helpful with explaining the financial obligation, options and warranty and Brian was kind enough to extend a courtesy for a tire repair at the end of the deal. At the end of the day I recommended the same team to a family member who is now in the process of purchasing his first car from Boch Honda. Any incentives for a referral? Thanks guys! More

A year later when I want a sales tax form ST-7R from them in order to register my car in Massachusetts, I feel like I got completely stonewalled (my car was originally registered in RI since I was an RI resident at that time). Saleslady Inna Tverskaya completely ignored my emails. Phone calls to Boch Honda were constantly redirected to finance department who would not pick up the call ever. And they never called back despite several voicemail messages More
