He was very honest, transparent, helpful, and most importantly, receptive to my needs. I told him I was looking for, and he stuck to that without being pushy. Not only that, but he communicated with in a timely manner the entire time and addressed all my concerns one at a time. I loved working with him. I would even go as far as to say that he embodied the “helpful Honda people” slogan. I love my car and the payment that I’m making towards it. I also want to mention that my car buying process extended past operating hours, and he still would not rush me. He still kept communicating with me in a very friendly way. (My son was also getting very fussy and not once did he make me feel bad for that). Vicki also helped me with the last portion of purchasing a car and she also was awesome. She was a very good conversationalist, despite her having to stay after hours, and made the process go by a lot quicker. This is my third time coming to Goudy Honda because every single time I come the staff always takes care of me. It should be noted that every time I come it’s about an hour drive away with traffic. But compared to other dealers this one is by far the best. They both deserve a raise. Thanks!! More
