We Bought a used Honda Odessey mini van from Nelson 2 months ago, we were told if we had any issues with the vehicle in the first 3 months they would cover it. Unbeknownst to us, the mid and back spea months ago, we were told if we had any issues with the vehicle in the first 3 months they would cover it. Unbeknownst to us, the mid and back speakers in the van don’t work. So we called them up, since it was in the first 3 months to have them fix the issue, but unfortunately for us, they told us they wouldn’t fix the issue but we could bring it back to them and we could pay them to fix the issue they should have covered since it was within the first 3 months or at the very least should have told us on the front end before selling us the vehicle. We feel mislead by their policy of being able to bring the vehicle back in the first 3 months and having it repaired and at the worst case, the classic bait and switch and not disclosing to us about the speaker on the front end. Beware of dealing with this dealership and their empty promises! More
