Thank you for your response. However, at this point I feel like Greenway Hyundai has already had many opportunities to properly address these issues and unfortunately nothing has been resolved. Another dealership has already determined that my tires have flat spots, most likely caused by the vehicle sitting without moving before I purchased it. When I brought the vehicle to your dealership, one of your own technicians confirmed feeling the vibration, and your service manager decided to keep my vehicle for two days — only to later tell me that, in his opinion, replacing the tires was not necessary. This is just one example among several ongoing problems I’ve experienced with this vehicle. After more than 7 months, multiple visits, and different explanations each time, your latest message feels more like a public relations response to my negative review rather than a real attempt to resolve the situation. I am still open to a real and concrete solution, but it needs to go beyond another conversation. At this stage, I expect clear actions, not just follow-ups.
