The man working here was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The way he spoke to customers came off as completely inappropriate and honestly borderline racist. They gave me misleading information about the car I was interested in, and once I started asking questions, their attitude completely changed. The pricing also felt very dishonest — extra fees kept appearing that were never mentioned at the beginning. The whole process felt rushed and uncomfortable. Customer service was basically nonexistent after they realized I wasn’t going to blindly agree to everything. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest or transparent car buying experience. More
