Our sales representative was Issam. He was most knowledgeable about how the new XC60 compared to our 2022 XC60, took the time to explain the new features and how many of the issues in the 2022 Volvo related to the InfoEntertainment system and other software issues had been addressed and fixed. He was most knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly . He constructed a very fair deal including pricing on the trade-in. He made the process simple, straightforward and a very positive experience. When picking up and paying for the new car, he oversaw the process and assured all items were present. He shepherded the paper work for registration, etc with finance people; total time was < 1 hour to complete the various paper work (registration transfer, title, payment, etc. He then introduced us to their technology expert, Chris. Chris , a true Volvo guru on the vehicle and its software tools, took us through setting up the initial software and features, connected the vehicle to my google, gmail and Volvo accounts and demonstrated the key features. He also shared what features he finds most helpful. Gunther Volvo of Coconut Creek, via Chris, offered a unique service which most new car dealers do not offer; it was extremely helpful. Most other dealers use a salesperson to set up the vehicle but that is nowhere as helpful as the in-depth services Chris provided. . Chris's services are also available in the future as well. The service department was involved in checking the vehicle out and assuring all was operating correctly and that the software was updated. Based on past experience Gunter Volvo of Coconut Creek has a superb service group. Rennie Singh is top notch. All of the above was tightly coordinated between the various groups which operated as a well oiled machine. A great experience! More
