This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a dealership, especially when dealing with vehicle issues. The customer service is terrible. I requested to speak with a manager multiple times six m a dealership, especially when dealing with vehicle issues. The customer service is terrible. I requested to speak with a manager multiple times six months ago, but never received a call back. Today, a salesman called me about my lease ending in six months, but still no manager. When I started explaining my ongoing issues with both the dealership and the vehicle, he hung up on me. I tried calling him back, thinking we got disconnected, but now he’s ignoring my calls and sending me to voicemail. This is just another example of how little they value their customers. More
