I had a really disappointing experience with the sales manager Ivan Quintana at this dealership. From the start, he came off as rude and dismissive, and it felt like he was only interested in making a deal if it benefited him rather than the customer. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. The way he handled the situation was disrespectful and made the entire experience unnecessarily difficult. Instead of making the process smooth or even just respectful, he made it uncomfortable and frustrating. Buying a car is a big decision, and the last thing anyone needs is to feel talked down to or rushed. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this manager at all, there are plenty of other dealerships where you’ll be treated with basic respect. More
