I made sure to go to four dealerships to get their best quote and Mazda of Orange had the best offer. I purchased my Mazda CX-50 through Ivor Hough and he was a pleasure to work with. He was polite and patient with me throughout the whole purchasing and trade-in process. Bobby Velto was also a pleasure to work with. He was also friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I felt at ease at this dealership. Highly recommend Mazda of Orange if you're planning to buy a Mazda. More

Overall my time spent at the Mazda dealership in Orange was good. Ivor was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy. Working with Bobby in finance was also good. He pre was good. Ivor was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy. Working with Bobby in finance was also good. He presented me with different options, but again not in an overly pushy manner. There was a mistake in pricing when filling out the paperwork, but it was easily corrected. I think his name was Trevor or Travis who helped me set up the controls in the interior. He was also very helpful and had a friendly demeanor. The only person that left a bad taste in my mouth was Ken French in the management department. He made a comment that was kind of rude and I didn't like it. He also bad-mouthed another Mazda dealership and I feel that was so uncalled for. Putting someone else down to make yourself more superior is not something I stand by. Luckily my time with him was very brief. Aside from that, I thank everyone who gave me a pleasant experience at this dealership. More
