Phil and Troy were excellent to work with. I was in a unique situation and they were both very understanding and sympathetic to my needs. They did EVERYTHING they could to get me into the car I wanted f unique situation and they were both very understanding and sympathetic to my needs. They did EVERYTHING they could to get me into the car I wanted for the price I could afford and in the timeframe that I needed it. I took a day to think about the terms of our agreement and when I returned the next day I had the pleasure of meeting J.R. Gonzalez(as Troy was not working that day)and Amanda Black. Both were very personable and professional and at no time did I feel pressured into buying anything extra for the car; however I did decide to add on a rear bumper guard. Even though it was around 7pm, the shop personnel were able to install the guard and fill the car up with gas. Phil and the two men from the shop stayed after hours to get this done for me. Phil is an excellent salesman who clearly feels the buyers' needs are as important as his needs when making a sale. I enjoyed working with him and I will definitely be back when it comes time to buy another car. I will also recommend your dealership to my friends and family because you are a trustworthy company - from the person answering the phones, to the men in the shop, to the salespeople and finally to the financing staff - everyone was very helpful and professional and it made the whole experience of my purchase a pleasure. More

I just purchased my first Nissan in November, 2012; a 2013 Juke. My experience with Feldmann has all been positive. I chose Feldmann primarily because they had a huge number of Jukes that were just arriving. I literally went there after work the day they were being delivered. Phil, Amanda and J.R. were awesome. They kept the process going and made me feel comfortable. While I was talking to Phil, he was having one of the recent arrivals (the one I wanted; Galvanized Blue) processed so I could take it for a test drive. He coordinated with J.R. to get the financing going while I talked to Amanda about accessories. This worked out perfectly because I wanted quite a few accessories. Amanda, was very good about explaining all my options. Once we were finished, it was time for financing. Again, J.R. did a great job explaining my options and getting the paperwork completed efficiently. Phil and the team had me out the door that with my new Juke that evening. Their service after that day has been great. I went in the next week to get my accessories installed. I got a great "loaner" while they had the car. Once I got it back, I noticed an imperfection in the paint job. Their service department did an excellent job correcting the issue. They even had a driver in a Mercedes SUV take me, and pick me up from work the day they had my car! I definitely plan on continuing my relationship with Feldmann because of the great service they have given me. More

I rated Customer Service and Overall Experience bad because of a follow-up issue with the used car I had purchased (a 2009 Volkwagen Jetta TDI on 4/4/2012). I found the car on the internet and calle because of a follow-up issue with the used car I had purchased (a 2009 Volkwagen Jetta TDI on 4/4/2012). I found the car on the internet and called to find out more about it. Dameon was nice enough to inspect the car while I was on the phone. He provided details of the body condition, etc. Based on the information provided on your website and that provided by Dameon, I requested a hold on the car until I could come up and purchase being I was an hour away in southern Minnesota. When I got to the dealership, I inspected the car and took if for a test drive with Dameon. As I drove, he explained the features the car had including opening up the sunroof, checking the heat and AC, etc. He also pointed out the steering wheel controls for volume, bluetooth and the car's electronic settings. I believed the car had every feature listed on the internet and the car window sticker so I purchased it. As I familiarized myself with the car, I couldn't figure out how to get the bluetooth system to recognize my phone. There was a telephone button on the steering wheel but I couldn't get it to do anything so I called Dameon. He suggested I take it to a VW dealership close to where I live and have them check it out. I took it to Mankato Motors, the VW dealership close to where I live. I explained the bluetooth was not working and asked them if they could get it to work. After reviewing, they realized that even though the steering wheel had a bluetooh button on it, the car did not have the bluetooth module. I asked if one could be installed and they said yes for a material and labor cost of $425. I was frustrated because the bluetooth function was one of the reasons I purchased the vehicle. I called Dameon and told him about the dealerships findings. He was going to talk with his used car manager and get back to me. I called Dameon a number of times and left multiple messages. I finally got a response that he had spoken with the used car manager and they appologized for the mixup and offered to pay half the cost to install the bluetooth. Being it was over $400, they confirmed that they could do it for $280 +/- due to dealer pricing. Therefore, Dameon was going to work with Mankato Motors to get dealer pricing and was suppose to give me a call back. This was about 3 weeks ago. Since then, I've made numerous calls (and left numerous messages) with Dameon and Idaliz with no return call. I've wasted a bunch of time trying to get this resolved and am now fed up. I can't believe for $280 that a multi million dollar renowned dealership wouldn't do more to keep their buyers happy. At this point, I'm not going to pursue this any longer. However, I will share my experience with other dealer rating websites. More

feldmann nissan ia a beautiful facility. it is very clean, modern, and the service area is far superior than any other place i have been. josiah franzen, well i am so fortunate that he was my sales per clean, modern, and the service area is far superior than any other place i have been. josiah franzen, well i am so fortunate that he was my sales person. he is friendly, personable, caring, knowledgeable, respectful, pleasant and overall is would give him an A+. you are very lucky to have him on your team. i would recommend your dealership and i would recommend Josiah. Anyone that came by were friendly too, angel and jr, both very pleasant. my urchase was on a very busy day of the year 3/31, and they did not rush me, they treated me like i was the only one there. Josiah offered me water coffee, etc. josiah showed me all details in car and even in the manuals, anything i didnt uderstand i asked, and he was more than helpful to explain it.i will become a nissan loyalty customer, after driving chevys for over 20 years. customer service, if i had to discribe it, fantastic, keep up the great job.the price was great josiah really worked hard for me to meet my budget. From the time I walked in to the time I drove off the lot with my new car, I was treated outstanding. Mr. Winter was absolutely wonderful. He did whatever he had to do, to make sure I was satisfied. Even tho with my new car, I was treated outstanding. Mr. Winter was absolutely wonderful. He did whatever he had to do, to make sure I was satisfied. Even though he had been at work since the early hours of the morning and the dealership was to be closed during my visit, he never once hurried me or seemed as if I was waisting his time. He was willing to stay as long as he needed to. I was very happy with Mr. Winter, he was very polite,patient,respectful and extremely helpful, he did an outstanding job. Mr. Gonzalas was very freindly as well, he had also been there for the entire day. It was getting late and we were all getting tired, but it didn't seem to matter. He was willing to make sure everything was taken care of before I left for the night. I had an outstanding car buying experience and I would recommend anyone to buy from Feldmann Nissan. More
