All in all good people. Truly, but the lack of communication is concerning. Never bought a vehicle out of state on line before and apparently they have never sold one to an Truly, but the lack of communication is concerning. Never bought a vehicle out of state on line before and apparently they have never sold one to an out of state person. There should have been an emphasis on understanding that type of transaction. Most customers (like myself) are oblivious to that. But they very courteous and well mannered even as i got upset they handled it professionally and made sure in the end i understood what was required. More
