From the first interaction with Jake checking me in for service, providing the best customer service in any type of service I have had in years, I knew this was the right dealership for me. Jake is great! However, the service tech had not reviewed prior work done on my vehicle. In the video the service tech made (a very good idea, by the way), the serv However, the service tech had not reviewed prior work done on my vehicle. In the video the service tech made (a very good idea, by the way), the service tech recommended that I have two maintenance items done that had previously been performed in my last two visits. It would have been about $500 of unnecessary work. After viewing the video I immediately walked to Jake's desk and told him what happened. Jake pulled up my file and agreed I did not need those two items performed. Probably just an honest mistake, but the service tech should have looked at the car's history at your shop. More
