Jake got me a next day appointment for my oil leak and had my car safety checked. I was a bit behind on my scheduled maintenance and arranged to have everything replaced or repaired. They suggested I do an alignment. I was told (and signed) a paper agreeing to do the job for $129. When they were done, she said the total was $169. I know for sure the taxes are not I was told (and signed) a paper agreeing to do the job for $129. When they were done, she said the total was $169. I know for sure the taxes are not $40. When I asked her about it, she said it was taxes and a dealer fee. A ‘dealer fee’ was not mentioned to me beforehand, nor was it agreed upon. I feel swindled and it’s just really bad business ethic. I won’t be back. More
