Although I was disappointed there’s no loyalty oil change discount, I felt the advisors were honest about their assessment of any “recommended” services in addition to the required maintenance and they expla discount, I felt the advisors were honest about their assessment of any “recommended” services in addition to the required maintenance and they explained each one well. They didn’t push all the recommendations, especially when they were expensive. I didn’t expect to spend $550 on routine maintenance but overall, they did a lot of work and I feel like our car is running in top shape so it will run longer and better. They also do something I’ve never seen at another service shop - a walk through video of your inspection! So I can literally see what the technician is talking about and that helps me make better decisions about what to do. I would definitely come back again for our next service. The advisers are friendly, helpful and set me up with a loaner so I wasn’t stuck waiting all day. More

Jake is always prompt, courteous, and detail oriented. I was out at lunch while car was in service. The text notification method and video was so helpful. Made appointment on internet, never got a confirmation email. called and double checked that the recall part was in stock for my 2018 Subaru Forester. they said yes, I get there 4 days later and 30 minute email. called and double checked that the recall part was in stock for my 2018 Subaru Forester. they said yes, I get there 4 days later and 30 minutes after that they tell me they don't have the part and I would have to come back, I was also having the tires rotated and balanced at the same time. that was completed and TOOK 2 HOURS, which is crazy to me. I came back the next week and after 10 minutes the come and tell me that they want $98 to remove my bull guard on the front of my car to replace the Condenser as part of the recall... I stare at the tech and say "you want $98 to remove 4 - 7/8" bolts because that's all the holds the bull/cattle guard on... after some silence I said "give me two wrenches and I will take it off, or better yet I will go home take it off and they go to another dealership for the recall." After the Tech talked with there manager they decided to "cover" this removal cost. However after they are done and I get my car back I see no marks on the bolts to remove the bumper, (these are black spay painted bolts where paint would have come off easily which sockets or wrenches) no missing paint. so I wonder if they even removed it at all. I guess they were just seeing if I was a dolt and they could make money off me... More

Andy and Jake always go above and beyond. They were able to get me a loaner for my 40 mile commute and helped me work with Subaru to get my AC nice and cold again.
