James was EXCELLENT at helping us program our new car. We have owned Lexuses for 30 years, but all the new gizmos & computerized things in the new car were confusing to us. We have been dealing with Lexus of Greenwich for about 30 years and have bought and also leased many cars from them. Our last car was from the pre-owned division and so was this car. This experience proved again that the people you have working in the Lexus pre-owned division are absolutely excellent. I had a wonderful experience, top to bottom, with everyone I interacted with at DarCars Lexus, and a special shoutout to my salesman, James Palmer. I was an out-of-state purchase, and he arranged for everyone I interacted with at DarCars Lexus, and a special shoutout to my salesman, James Palmer. I was an out-of-state purchase, and he arranged for pick up from the airport. Then, once I arrived at the dealership, he was incredibly professional in allowing me time to look over the car and answering all the questions I had before I made a purchase. He also made sure to let me experience the cookouts at their dealership and ensure we were all taken care of, as Luis gave us a goodie bag before we had a long drive home. I can’t say enough about this dealership and its staff. This isn’t your ordinary dealership; they are intentional with their customers and go above and beyond to create a relationship rather than just a transaction. When I’m in the market for my next car, James at Lexus will be my first call. More
