When I corrected the salesman, it took hours to get a response saying that the car I initially inquired about had sold. Upsetting, but such is life. Guess what? The car is back on their website today with a price increase of $1500 more. More

James was one of the most straight forward salesmen I’ve dealt with in my life from the first call to the end. Was direct with negotiating the car and out the door pricing. James said he’ll take care of it and even make sure they will take care of it after the fact if there’s still issues, hopefully he’ll pick up my call when I call him, but he’s been honest from the beginning of this process.
