The service personnel namely Jayde were extremely accommodating and professional! They were courteous and respectful of my time. The dealership has done a good job performing regular maintenance on my truck. The dealership has NOT been able to fix sensor issues that have been signaling an issue with cross traffic monitoring system maintenance on my truck. The dealership has NOT been able to fix sensor issues that have been signaling an issue with cross traffic monitoring system and the blind spot monitoring system. I've tried to time getting these fixed with my regular maintenance and have been told twice, once I get to the dealership, that they wouldn't be able to fix it because the scheduled appointment was too late in the day or at the incorrect service area. Finding this out at the dealership at the time of appointment has been extremely frustrating. I don't have time to bring my vehicle in all the time. It's a good vehicle that I am still making payments on but I can't enjoy it fully because these issues haven't been able to be fixed by laird noller over the last to oil change time frame. More
