JC provided us with excellent customer service. He asked what we were interested in showed us the car that we were shopping for. Then started comparing prices to the new and pre-owned vehicles. Once prices were verified and confirm that it’s better to purchase a brand new car versus preowned. We leaned over to the new car purchase. JC had a lot of time showing multiple vehicles to us and providing excellent customer service. He has a lot of patience to be a sales person. His suggestions really worked. He stated why purchase pre-owned when you can purchase brand new for the same amount. The best sales associate thus far. More sales associates like him are needed in this world. More
