The team there that morning was extremely quick, efficient, and accommodating. Horrible service. Took car in for scheduled service, took 2 1/2 days and then when I went to pickup at time promised, it was not ready, had to wait an hour. They told me they ordered a trim piece and it woul 2 1/2 days and then when I went to pickup at time promised, it was not ready, had to wait an hour. They told me they ordered a trim piece and it would be 9 days, it is now 48 days. I called to xx and they said, oh it should be this week. In other words, they forgot to order. I’m taking my business elsewhere. More

BMW of Tampa always has the best customer service! This is the 3rd car I have purchased from them and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car.
