Fred Anderson is a outstanding dealership. I worked with John Kasarjian to purchase a used midsize pickup truck. I wasn't in a big hurry to purchase a vehicle so after speaking with John on a Saturday, I e John Kasarjian to purchase a used midsize pickup truck. I wasn't in a big hurry to purchase a vehicle so after speaking with John on a Saturday, I explained to him that I was looking for a one owner Toyota Tacoma with low mileage in the 2003-2012 year range. I gave John my contact information and we stayed in contact for around 6-8 weeks. Fred Anderson received a couple of Toyota Trade-Ins and John contacted me to come in and take a look. After test driving the used Tacoma's, I set my sites on a used 2019 Nissan Frontier, this vehicle was a one owner with low mileage. After test driving the vehicle, John and I sit down and worked out a deal. John and the sales manager were very professional and I ended up driving the vehicle home that day. I loved that I was able to speak to someone prior to my visit. Shannon and I spoke for about a week talking about different options before I made the trip down to Fred Anderson. I told him exactly what I was looking for and how I wasn’t trying to go too much higher than my old car payment. JJ teamed up with Blake to see if there was something we could do to get me taken care and we were able to agree on a price that I was happy with. Afterwards when it came to adding additional warranties, Ryan assisted me; just like JJ and Blake, he was able to get me a good deal on additional warranties so now I have piece of mind knowing if anything happens to my vehicle, I’m covered.
