The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles that are on the lot. The service department is friendly and well versed in explaining what is to be done to your vehicle. They keep you informed and get you out of there as quickly as possible depending what has to be done. The experience my wife and I had on our latest purchase of our new Frontier with a young enthusiastic salesman named Cory Fuller was extremely enjoyable. His outgoing personality made it easy for us to make the decision to purchase the Frontier. His knowledge of the vehicle was exceptional, the way he explained every aspect of the vehicle was easily understood. Sullivan Brothers is lucky to have this talented young man a member of the sales staff. This was a new experience for me in that this used truck purchase was quick and painless. I knew what I wanted to look at when I called the dealership and scheduled an appointment. Prices have been reasonable and they have gone out of their way, on multiple occ Nissan for over 15 years now. I have always had exceptional service. They always keep me in the loop and let me know what was found and issues that need to be addressed immediately versus those I can put off for a bit if money is tight.
