After more than a month of serious car shopping, we saw online advertising for the car we had been looking for at Jaguar Land Rover Sarasota. We traveled 2 1/2 hours from Orlando knowing it could be anot online advertising for the car we had been looking for at Jaguar Land Rover Sarasota. We traveled 2 1/2 hours from Orlando knowing it could be another total waste of time like all our other attempts. What a complete contrast of all our previous appointments with other dealers, across all other model brands. JR Skeete, our sales rep, was so incredibly professional, knowledgeable, helpful and above all, respectfully non "salesy." He was not offensive, pushy or blustery. When we tell you that he was a breath of fresh air in our entire search, we truly mean it. He dealt with us respectfully, and we negotiated a purchase that day that was NOT typically industry adversarial, but positively pleasant and very fair to us. He made all the arrangements to have our new car delivered to us by Obie Coomer, who was also a true professional. Surprisingly, a couple days later, we received a sweet treat, via mail, from Jaguar Land Rover Sarasota, that truly left a deliciously sweet taste in our mouths for our entire transaction.
