I was a customer of D&M years ago. I had to stop leasing vehicles due to an extremely long commute. Recently I had been promoted at work and I relocated to significantly cut down on th I had to stop leasing vehicles due to an extremely long commute. Recently I had been promoted at work and I relocated to significantly cut down on the miles I traveled each day. My current (the one before my new lease) vehicle was at 117,00 miles. It was time to look for something new for me. I knew it was time to call D&M to see what options I had. I met Jack at the Addison office. Jack was great from the very beginning. Jack was personable and worked to connect to me on a personal level. Jack simply listened to me, asked questions to clarify my needs and wants, and assured me he would get make to me with some options. Jack did. In a few days, he emailed some cars he had found. One was a perfect match. I am not a good financial guy, but Jack walked with me through the financing process, explained the paperwork, and answered my questions. Due to an unexpected freeze, the detailers were delayed in working on my car to have it "make ready" for delivery. Jack was persistent in assuring me that he wanted my new car to "perfect" before delivery. Jack worked to get my car ready for delivery and communicated with me throughout the process. In the end, Jack "nailed" it. My new car was everything I wanted, looked brand new, and I was happy. After delivering my new car, Jack took my trade car, which he was able to secure a fair trade-in value for. The experience with D&M, and Jack Armstrong, have turned me into a "customer for life". I will never obtain another car from anyone but through Jack. He is amazing and a true example of the portrayal of the "D&M Experience" advertised on TV.
