It's rare that I feel positively enough about a car dealership that I want to come straight home and post a review. With Gebhart, this is the second time I have done it. They reached out to me about trading in my lease early and getting me into a newer model of my BMW X3 in a color I much prefer to the one I have. I worked with the fabulous Lorena and her GM, Ryan. This wasn't one of those "spend all day at the dealership" negotiations. They happily met each of my requests and even provided winter tires since the car I wanted only had the 21" sports rims. (These aren't that great in snow.) They made it easy to switch out my car for the new one. And the difference in my monthly amount? $3.00! The icing on the cake: my insurance actually went down $500 due to the safety features as well as the theory that people with new cars are more careful. If you are considering an X3, get over there now! They have some amazing deals going! More

I wanted to share the excellent experience I had at Gebhardt BMW. After inquiring about a vehicle online, we visited the dealership on January 24th for a test drive, where we met Jason. He was knowledgeable, insightful, and made the test drive both informative and enjoyable. After discussing our wants and needs, we decided that building and ordering a car was the best option so we could get exactly what we wanted. Throughout the entire process, Jason kept us well-informed and maintained great communication. The dealership was also very accommodating when it came to delivery, as we had a few family events that delayed our ability to pick up the car right away. When we finally arrived, everything was perfectly prepared for us. In Finance, Jake took the time to clearly explain all the options available without being pushy or aggressive—something we had experienced elsewhere. We also had a training session with Shane, who thoroughly walked us through all the technology features of our new vehicle. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend Gebhardt BMW—if you’re in the market for a BMW, this is absolutely the place to go. More

Easy to work with, professional, and knowledgeable about the new car. Addressed my requirements for the new car and trade in the old car. Karl made the experience pleasurable buying a CPO BMW. He spent the time needed for the wife and I to find the perfect vehicle for her. I could not have asked for a better experience. I have owned multiple BMWs over the years and have always had a professional, higher end buying experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case at Gebhardt BMW. The salesperson assigned to me was inexper had a professional, higher end buying experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case at Gebhardt BMW. The salesperson assigned to me was inexperienced and repeatedly provided incorrect or incomplete information about the vehicle, most notably around the tires, winter driving capability, and snow related features. Given that this is Colorado and that I specifically asked about winter performance, this was a significant miss. Overall, he did the bare minimum in terms of product knowledge and guidance. During the transaction, he disappeared for an extended period of time to find answers and ultimately had to be located by a sales manager and the finance manager in the break room. After the purchase was completed, there was no professionalism or closing of the interaction. There was no handshake or thank you. I was simply passed off to the BMW Genius. The Genius was pleasant and did an acceptable job walking through the technology, but it was late at that point and the walkthrough felt rushed. While that was not his fault, it further underscored how disjointed and transactional the overall experience had become. The one true bright spot in the process was the finance manager, who was excellent, clear, professional, and respectful. Ironically, he mentioned being relatively new to the dealership, yet he delivered the most polished and competent part of the entire experience. I did end up purchasing a vehicle, but I was interested in discussing other options and configurations and could not get the support needed from the salesperson. The experience felt low end and unstrategic, and it did not align with the BMW brand, especially compared to my previous BMW purchases. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the gap between the brand promise and the actual sales experience was striking. More
