When we arrived, we found the truck we had called about parked up front and ready to take for a test drive. As soon as we got back from our test drive, Juliana answered all of our questions and as soon as we wanted to talk numbers, she got to work and presented an offer to us that was lower than we expected (and a trade offer higher than we expected)...My husband and I were shocked - that's never happened to us or anyone we even know. We were all prepared to have to work for every dollar off, but didn't have to! My husband and I were so pleased with how straightforward and fair the whole experience felt.
