Elizabeth was great , she was the one I interacted with mostly through the phone but was always very very kind. I also asked if I could come return the car as I hadn’t even had it for 24 hours and it was already giving me issues. I had made an appointment to get it fixed but was told I had to wait then all of a sudden they could see me. I ended up having to fix the car myself as it wouldn’t start and I was risking driving an hour and a half away to be stranded on the side of the road. When I asked about being reimbursed for the money I spent from them selling me a messed up car I was told no which is crazy to me. I test drove it and everything was fine it wasn’t until I was on my way home then it started giving me issues. I definitely do not recommend this place as this has been a xxxxty experience for me and they clearly don’t care about their customers. More
