Hannah, in the service dept, along with service’s efficient team completed our first oil change appt with exceptional communication. The Tan Hyundai. Hannah recommended a wonderful nearby restaurant for lunch, when asked. Overall, the sales & service employees were professional & helpful. Jack was very pleasant to work with. He put no pressure on me to purchase all those multiple options for my Ioniq 6, which is the behavior I wanted from him. If he had attempted to put pressure, he would have failed with me because I systematically refuse to let anyone manipulate me. He also did something that not very many people do, which was to show up at work for 3 hours to sell me the car though he was actually on vacation that day. To see him put others' needs ahead of his personal needs like that is remarkable. He went through the whole process with me in the most enjoyable way. Thank you, Jack! More
