Louis David is the most excellent salesman. He was able to explain all of the complicated elements of newer cars (we purchased a 2023 Toyota Camry). If not for Louis David's patient and easy to understand explanations we definitely would not have bought a new car. We were comfortable especially since he sat in the car with us and pointed everything out. Some things required more than one presentation so he explained again. Once we made the purchase he said call him if we had any questions or difficulties. We did call the next day because we needed directions regarding connecting the remote control. Louis David came over on his lunch hour and synched it for us. Over the years I have bought several cars from dealerships and this is the only time I did not feel pressured or manipulated.
