Instantly let me set up an order and explained the process. No pressure was applied and I order the vehicle exactly as I had desired. He explained the process through Ford accurately, making me aware of the steps upon the way. His time frame provided was spot on along with Ford's. He checked in multiple times throughout the process. During Ford's expected arrival window, he gave me a call while I was on vacation. We scheduled a pickup time a few days out.
