Very pleased with the personnel and the service but very unhappy with the “service “ policy I bought. Offers two oil changes but only within one year but the car doesn’t need an oil change until 8000 miles unhappy with the “service “ policy I bought. Offers two oil changes but only within one year but the car doesn’t need an oil change until 8000 miles or one year. Our car only had 6200 miles so how was I supposed to have two oil changes during the first year. Very unfair!! More

Services was phenomenal Jack & “the lady with the hair”, were very professional and willing to help in any way. I’m really glad the first person that was actually going to be my salesman was rude to me beca were very professional and willing to help in any way. I recently had an unfortuanate event where I punctured both drivers side tires and damaged both wheels on a object on the road. I had to get the vehicle flatbedded to Jim Ellis because of this. I reached both drivers side tires and damaged both wheels on a object on the road. I had to get the vehicle flatbedded to Jim Ellis because of this. I reached out to Jack Stricklin, my awesome sales guy who sold me 2 brand new Kia's in 2024. He and my service represtitive Kris jumped on this immediately when my vehicle arrived. They were in constant contact with me during this whole process and updated me several times a day. Fortunately, I took out the additional Road Hazzard insurance for both tires and wheels. Kris was able to get the approval quickly and had both tires and wheels replaced, with no charge, and within 3 days. If you ever want a KIA then I would only suggest Jim Ellis Kia in Kennesaw. They definately go thast extra mile. Go see Jack Stricklin in Sales and Kris Musgrave in service. You will not be disappointed! More

Jack was extremely helpful and very patient as we made decisions about the vehicle we wanted. He walked us through pros and cons of each vehicle based on our goals. He also explained the differences in trims in each vehicle and how it would benefit us. When it came time to negotiate he wasn’t too pushy and respected our boundaries. He did an excellent job showing us all of the features and answering our questions once we made the decision to purchase the vehicle so that we would better equipped and have confidence in our choice.
