Jack Williams our salesman was very professional and took the time to explain everything. Didn't have to haggle and be there for 5 hours. It was a good transition. The Manager's promise is not fulfilled by the team at this dealership. On the website, a "Letter from Mark Stromburg, the General Manager of Hendrick Honda Pompano Beach" outlines "Hendrick Core Values." this dealership. On the website, a "Letter from Mark Stromburg, the General Manager of Hendrick Honda Pompano Beach" outlines "Hendrick Core Values." According to Stromburg, "These values direct our work and decision making every day. Living and working by these core values make us proud to be on the Hendrick team." Sale rep Jack Williams, called me 'Honey' and 'Sweetie' throughout our conversations. I requested a Face-Time view of the car before driving one hour to see it. He responded so late yesterday that it was dark outside. I reached out to the main office requesting a different rep. Joe, Customer Relations, did not refer me to another rep, as he indicated he would when we spoke at noon today. When I called again, three hours later, Joe defended sales rep Jack Williams's failure to communicate professionally. Mark Stromburg, if it is truly your intention to keep your customers satisfied, you should know this goal is not being achieved by the team in Pompano. I have registered a complaint with Honda's national hotline. More

Impeccable Customer Service Experience! I inquired about a Mazda CX-7, and had the unique pleasure of receiving the full attention from one of the Used Car Managers, Rich Reed. Rich was prof I inquired about a Mazda CX-7, and had the unique pleasure of receiving the full attention from one of the Used Car Managers, Rich Reed. Rich was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and quite frankly destroyed the stereotypical view of “car salesman”. His customer service skills were exceptional, and he honestly made me feel like a valued customer. This was a long distance inquiry from Charleston, SC (9.5hrs away) and I was looking to choose between his vehicle, and another vehicle in Charlotte, NC, which is only 2.5hrs away from me. Rich sincerely went out of his way to earn my business. In the end, it was Rich, not the vehicle, that was the deciding factor in choosing Hendrick Honda of Pompano Beach as the place to buy my vehicle. Rich even had one of his sales staff, Jack Williams, pick me up from the airport! Jack was personable and professional as well in every aspect of my buying experience while at Hendrick Honda. He went out of his way to make my buying experience go as smooth as possible. After I purchased the vehicle and drove it home, he made the extra effort to locate an extra key fob remote for the vehicle, and promptly mailed it to me. I commend these two Professionals in providing me the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I would not hesitate for a second buying long distance from them again, or recommending the same to family & friends! More

Won't honor online price. Don't waste your time Not reliable!! Stay away!! I came there after I saw an online advertising of Honda Odyssey for 278$, nothing down. Talked to "David Emmer" over the Not reliable!! Stay away!! I came there after I saw an online advertising of Honda Odyssey for 278$, nothing down. Talked to "David Emmer" over the phone and he confirmed that there are NO additional fees except for the the tax and transfer of tag. Well.. when I came there, suddenly, this was the "last week deal" . Now I have Jack Williams at the dealership explaining me that the online people ( David Emmer) has to give information that is not correct because they need to create traffic. That's when I lost it. I found my way out myself. More
