We worked with Jack Wilson for both of our experiences. Jack is amazing. He is very sweet and knows his job and does it well. He always makes us feel like we are old friends. We liked both experiences. Now about the trucks we purchased, they are also a good value for our hard earned dollars. We will continue to go to Team Factory Direct in our future. Our only gripe is we were offered $1500 for our trade in truck. We did purchase it there but felt a disappointed in the little value that was offered but they offered us the same thing our first time we were there. So maybe that is their only price for a trade in. We are selling it ourselves. More
