Hello, my name is Jackson Barlow and I am a Finance Manager here at Freeman Toyota. I graduated from Texas A&M University- Commerce in August of 2019, and began my career with Freeman Toyota in 2020. My number one goal is providing phenomenal customer service to every single person that I come into contact with. I take great pride in the Toyota product, and even owned a Rav-4 before starting at Freeman. When I am not at work, I enjoy watching all different types of sports and hanging out with friends and family! Bought a 2025 landcruiser. Got a good deal but they played their dealer games. Told me the car was sold after I signed the pencil just to come and tell me that customer can wai Got a good deal but they played their dealer games. Told me the car was sold after I signed the pencil just to come and tell me that customer can wait if I buy it at sticker. They lost two car deals from me and my family last month because of the same reason. I told the sales person not to take off the plastic yet they did. They even scratched my front bumper badly while putting the front license plate bracket on. I did not want that ugly bracket on but still they scratched and put two big holes in it. The delivery was rushed even though I gave them hours to be prepared. The was not detailed and had dirty rag water marks all over the vehicle. Mind you this is a brand new $70K vehicle.
