The service and customer support is amazing and I would rate them 5/5.. however, the cost is kind of ridiculous. I had engine light check on for my car which is past 60k miles, so they charged $225 for jus rate them 5/5.. however, the cost is kind of ridiculous. I had engine light check on for my car which is past 60k miles, so they charged $225 for just diagnosis (along with some other problem with rear wiper). Both the problems ended up being nothing and no significant mechanical action had to take place. I also got done 65k mile checkout which involved various thing and overall the visit costed me ~$850. The price is kind of ridiculous. If i go to other stores, its possible I would have been charged lot less... Why should we go to kia showroom for the service? Is the incentive of qualified mechanic trump such a high cost? Wont other brand-name or external mechanics don't have certified mechanics? I dont think I will again go there for servicing my car!! Although I would recommend people to go there to buy a kia car! More
