Other than the usual UPSELLING of add on services and products it was a good. Had a pre-approved loan from my Credit Union in hand so that part went quickly. Dealership Service departments are OVER PRICED. As soon as they align with what is available with Good Year, Firestone, etc...., I will consider using one. Until then, you are simply wasting time. At least you are no worse than other dealerships when it come to trying to put lipstick on that pig! Overall a very good buying experience. More
