My recent Service visit was great: Jacob explained the maintenance that was to be completed on our automobile, gave us a pristine loaner vehicle, and Will; who is a top notch automobile mechanic, that ALW maintenance that was to be completed on our automobile, gave us a pristine loaner vehicle, and Will; who is a top notch automobile mechanic, that ALWAYS does amazing work, explained the detailed service he would perform on our Outlander. The Service Dept. without doubt, goes above and beyond daily, and actually cares about the customer, and treats the customer's automobiles as if they were their own! They are awesome!
