I am very impressed by the service department at this dealership. I have owned a Mitsubishi Outlander for 13 years, I have never been to a service department with this much professionalism. Jacob Hill, who is the director, was very knowledgeable. He was able to get me an appointment expeditiously, he reassured me, and took the time to explain to me the problems with my vehicle using diagrams. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to RC Hill Mitsubishi for future services and checkups. I trust them with all of my vehicle issues. They also applied tire shine, which was unexpected but which I appreciated. More
